The Drum reports;

The mobile team at Liverpool Football club say they have scored another digital first with the launch of an official iPad game.  Developed by Bright Al, it is said to be the very first game of its type to be made for a football club.

Based round a penalty shoot out theme its combines real song and chants from the Kop along with realistic football player movements to mimic the the atmosphere of Anfied.

Meanwhile, players will be able to engage and complete with Liverpool fans world-wide with the use of online leaderboards.

The LFC official site also has this release stating;
