a 2 hour social media workshop in association with Nothamptonshire Sport. More details soon.

27th March 2012“Fanographie: the science and art of digital fan marketing” (London)

Event with www.coylemedia.com, where I will be chairing a panel discussion on what promises to be a great knowledge sharing day of sport and digital.  Speakers from Man City, Liverpool and NBA will be there to give some great industry insights too.  You can now buy your tickets here for the half-day event.

October 2011Facebook Marketing Conference (London)

Chair for a panel discussion called ‘What’s in a Like?’.  Guest panellists include Adam Gee (Channel 4), Daniel Heale (Digital Outlook), Adrianna Conte (Visit Britain) and Jonathan Beeston (Efficient Frontier).

June 2011BBC 5 Live Radio: Social Media & Football (London)

Invited as a studio guest to a live radio debate on social media within football.  1 hour programme hosted by Matt Dawson that featured interviews with Rio Ferdinand and Robbie Savage.

February 2011Social Media & Sport (part of Social Media Week – London)

An evening conference that attracted an attendance of over 100 people (sold out) with another 150 people watching on-line.  Co-hosted the event with Sophie Brendel (BBC) and Maz Nadjm (ex-Ogilvy) that included speakers from Arsenal, Chelsea, Test Match Special (BBC) and RFU as well as a panel that consisted of Jake Humphrey, Karen Pickering MBE, Jeanette Kwakye and Lewis Wiltshire (chaired by Roger Mosey).

December 2010UK Sport: Promoting Sport Event (London)

Invited to speak to UK Sport and Olympic National Governing Bodies about social media and the opportunities presented within sport.  Presented with Daren Forsyth, CMO from TAG I.D.

July 2010Social Media & Sport Summit (London)

Hosted a full day conference and lead a panel of distinguished guests. The event included speakers from Liverpool FC, Lotus F1, Paratus Communications and SocialMedia8.

July 2010Social Media & Sport Summit (Nottingham)

Hosted a half-day event that included speakers from England Athletics, Made by Fudge and Macesport at the home of Notts County FC.
